How do these work?

Scratch off label stickers are a clear adhesive backing that has a scratch off pigment professionally applied on top and is die cut to the appropriate shape and size. All scratch off label stickers are BLANK- making them universal. You place the scratch off label sticker over top of a business card, flyer, postcard etc, with a promotion or discount or “Sorry”/”Winner” already pre-printed on the paper. Labels are self stick with a permanent adhesive. Once the label has cured to the paper it makes them impossible to peel off without damaging the paper or scratch off label sticker.

Can you print a "CUSTOM" size/shape scratch off label sticker?

YES. But you must order a minimum of 100,000 of the custom scratch off label stickers and it MUST be a size and shape die cut that we have available. If a die cut is not available a die creation fee of $1000.00 applies. If we are cutting the scratch off label stickers using a die cut that we have available but want a custom logo printed over top- there will be a $125.00 printing plate fee.

Can I laser print my logo overtop of these scratch off label stickers?

No. We DO NOT recommend laser or inkjet printing over top of these scratch off label stickers because the printing is finalized with a scratchable UV coating. We can custom run a scratch off label sticker with your logo printed on them with an order of 100,000 or more. A onetime plate fee of $100.00 will apply to create your logos printing plate.

What can you use to scratch off the label?

A coin such as a penny or a quarter works the best. They require a little bit of pressure to scratch off. That makes them more durable during normal handling and shipping through the US. mail system..

How quickly do you ship after I order and payment has officially cleared?

Transit times depend on your chosen method of delivery. Scratch off label stickers and non custom preprinted game cards ALWAYS ship within 1-3 business days. Custom orders are subject to a 10-26 day timeline (US orders). Standard shipping is usually expected to arrive within 3-7 business days. Priority shipping is usually expected to arrive within 2-3 business days. Priority Express is delivered overnight to (most) places in the US. My Scratch Off Labels, LLC cannot be held responsible for shipping transit times. Please pay for the shipping upgrade if you need them fast! International timeline is approximately 30 days for custom products. Timelines are always approximate.

Can you ship same day for USPS Priority Express, UPS Next Day Air or UPS 2 Day Air service so that I can get them faster?

Yes we can- Order MUST be placed by 8:00 am CST/CDT. We do ask that you call us to ensure same day shipping if your timeline is at all questionable. Please note that we ONLY ship Monday-Friday.  Overnight delivery on Sunday is NOT possible.

Can you ship these to me through my own Fedex, UPS or DHL account?

Yes, simply let us know the chosen method you want your items shipped, the account number as well as the address and ZIP associated with your account. We will then ship your order via your own shipping account! Please note that we currently DO NOT ship internationally with FedEx.  We currently only ship Internationally by US Postal System or DHL.  Be aware of timeline and pick up limitations associated with ground shipping. Pick-up fees may apply.

I need the labels supplied to me on a 3" cardboard core so that I can use a label machine to place them. How do I request that?

A minimum of 500 label stickers is required in order for them to be supplied on the machineable 3″ cardboard core. If you require a roll for a smaller quantity please include a note with your order or payment, or call us at 618.416.1623.

How can I make my own scratch off cards?

In programs like Microsoft Word, Microsoft Publisher, Photoshop and Illustrator you can easily create business cards, postcards, or invitation projects and customize them with your information. Print them out and place the scratch off label sticker over the part you want to cover up! Need help? Just ask! We can design it for you (see next question).4.

Can you send me physical samples?

We will gladly send you FREE physical samples of our scratch off label stickers, scratch off cards and wedding save the dates. Simply click on the Contact Us tab and input your information to include your street address. If you would like a very specific sample, please let us know that with your sample request.

Can you design a scratch card for me that I can print myself?

Gladly- Contact us and our design staff can design a scratch off card for you- $39.99. The design is yours to have professionally printed- or print on your own computer. The design will be supplied to you in a .pdf format or another format requested by you!

How do I customize my scratch off card/save the date order?

 All customizing of your order is done via email communication. A completed proof will be emailed to you for your approval. You can ALWAYS request changes to the proof. Please note that the proof approval is REQUIRED otherwise your project does not go to print. This helps eliminate errors that are preventable. We are NOT responsible for spelling mistakes once the proof has been submitted to print.

What is your turn around time for your custom scratch off cards?

14 business days is the approximate turnaround time once the project has been paid for. This includes the design phase, printing, scratch label affixing and ground ship time. If you need them quick, paying for the Priority/Express Print and Ship upgrade is the ONLY way to decrease this timeline. Timeline is always an approximation and can NEVER be guaranteed. International timeline is approximately 21 business days.

What is a Promo (Promotional Variation)?

A promo (promotional variation) refers to the total number of promotional values you wish displayed under the scratch off area. For example 10% off, 15% off, & 20% off are considered 3 promotional variations. You, the customer, determine the value and quantity of each promo.

I see that your checkout payment is through Paypal. I do not have a Paypal account. Can I still order from you?

Yes, You have the option also to checkout through Authorize.Net.  You DO NOT have to have a Paypal account to checkout and pay with Paypal. You can use your credit card to pay instantly. Paypal is a reputable business that is vigilant in protecting your personal information. Your personal credit card information is never released to us, keeping it safe! What are your business hours?

Monday through Friday from 8:30 am – 4:30 pm CST/CDT. We are closed on ALL Federal Holidays.  We only ship orders Monday through Friday.

What is your return policy?

Was your item defective? Absolutely- we will issue you a 100% refund once the product is returned to us. Did you order the wrong size/shape/color? Return and reship expenses are at the expense of the buyer- but yes we will gladly exchange or refund the product for you to get you the correct ones! Did you buy too many scratch off labels? Yes you can return the remaining amount in a resellable condition for a partial refund. Refund will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Custom orders are nonrefundable. We apologize but we are NOT able to accept returns on scratch off game card packets and gender reveals as there is no way for us to determine the resellablility of the returned product.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we gladly ship internationally. At checkout choose “Add Shipping” and select “International Shipping”. Select the appropriate shipping method and checkout. Note we cannot be held responsible for international shipping transit times due to customs clearance. We do NOT pay customs fees.

Will I be subject to customs/duty fees on my international purchase?

The Customs form will ALWAYS be marked as “Merchandise” (No Exception) which may lead to additional customs fees imposed on you by the Customs Authority. We do NOT prepay customs fees. (Exception: Expedited UPS to Canada will need to have a 16% Customs Fee prepaid). Custom fees will always be the responsibility of the customer. Please be sure to review your country’s customs/duty fees before purchasing from us.

Can you print other size scratch cards other than 2" x 3.5" or 4" x 6"?

Yes we can also print 3″ x 5″, 3” x 4”, 5″ x 7″, 6″ x 9″, 5.5″ x 8.5″, other sizes available too – Call or email us. Every Door Direct Mail EDDM sizes are available too. Contact us for more information.
